Why I Love Raspberry Pi

Abstract: A look at the origins, current educational uses, and possibilities of the Raspberry Pi, a $35 computer. Looking to provide a broad overview of how the Pi can be used in the classroom by students and instructors. (More coming.)

 

Bio: Brandon Poulliot has worked in the Instructional Design and Educational Technology field since 2009, including as a member of the ASSETT team at University of Colorado Boulder and part of the Instructional Design team at Front Range Community College. Brandon has a passion for using off-the-shelf games, open source technology, and multimedia to enhance learning and teaching, both inside and outside of the classroom.
